Defective Drug - Bextra

Recent studies show that patients who take Bextra have an increased risk of heart attacks, strokes and blood clots. Bextra is the a drug in the same chemical class as Vioxx and may cause the same type of adverse events. Bextra has also been linked to a very rare but dangerour condition called Stevens Johnson Syndrome. This is an extreme allergic reaction to chemicals. Bextra has now been linked to this potentially life threatening syndrome. Symptoms of Stevens Johnson Syndrome are blistering, fever, cough, malaise, swelling and lesions of gums, tongue, or lips, excessive tearing or "stickiness" of eyes and sores in the genital tract causing painful urination.

If you or someone you love has suffered a heart attack, stroke or blood clots or been diagnoised with Stevens Johnsons Syndrome after using Bextra please contact April Cowgill at April@littlepagebooth.com.
